On May 11th, in the run-up to the International Day of Families on May 15th, the Women’s Federation of the city and Muyang Home organized a public welfare hiking activity titled “Passing on Love with Steps”, aiming to call on society to pay attention to children with physical and mental difficulties and ensure that no child is forgotten. A total of 22 volunteers from our company’s WeLove Public Welfare Workshop participated in this event.
The hiking event was held in Longbeishan Forest Park, covering a distance of 5 kilometers with a total of 3 check-in points. The WeLove volunteers were full of enthusiasm and vitality, measuring hope with their feet and spreading warmth through their actions.
At the check-in point, WeLove volunteers signed and took photos together, calling on society to pay attention to children in difficult circumstances, not only today, but also at this moment. It is hoped that more kind-hearted people will participate in this service, so that the growth of these children will no longer be lonely.
Children in difficult circumstances may lack companionship, but they should not lack care. They may be trapped in reality, but they should not be forgotten by society. Today we went hiking together just to tell them: In this world, there are people walking for you, thinking for you and striving for you.
