May • My Reading • My Joy” Reading Sharing Meeting

“No extraordinary battleship, like a book, can carry us to the vast world.” Reading and sharing, like a mobile feast, here is another window to see the world. People and books meet here, people communicate here, and the imprint of time seems to be looking at each visiting reader through the pages of a million times.

On May 27, the Reading Youth Club of our company launched the reading sharing activity of “May • My Reading • My Joy”, in which we enjoyed meeting you and me, exchanging ideas, opening our vision and making progress together.

“Reading that has been more, ask things know insufficient.” All carefully read books will melt into the soul, precipitate into wisdom, quietly stay in the heart, as long as it is touched, will burst out.

In Mr. Toad Goes to See a Psychologist by Robert Diebold, the author points out that childhood experiences can have a profound impact on personality through the interaction between Mr. Toad, who falls into depression, and the psychologist Heron, and explains how to realize real self-growth psychologically and become an independent and confident person.

The Logical Mind by Richard Nisbett. The author tells people that logic is often flawed, so that wrong conclusions can bring negative effects and losses. Scientific and philosophical concepts can help us think more effectively about our own behavior and the world, thereby changing the way we solve problems.

The Elements of Happiness by Taylor Ben-Shahar: How to find happiness and hope in hard Times? The author suggests that we can leverage the self-healing process of life through the pursuit of happiness in the spirit, body, mind, relationship and emotion.

Ordinary World by Lu Yao, set in China from the mid-1970s to the mid-1980s, the book is a complex interweaving of labor and love, frustration and pursuit, pain and joy, daily life and great social conflicts. It profoundly shows the difficult and tortuous road that ordinary people have traveled in the course of history.

In addition, we also shared excellent books such as Priceless, The Courage to Be Hated, Duanshiei, Emotional Immunity, Searching for Meaning, and Born Guilty. A reading activity, we not only absorb the essence of the books shared by the sharer, but also exercise their response ability, expression ability, summary ability.

No matter what kind of age, we should continue to learn, life is a long-distance race, learning is continuous power. Only learning, reading, in time into the rich content, so that our life has more possibilities.
